Website Coordinator

Are you skilled at not only building and maintaining websites, but also acting as a creative force behind the design and content? Someone who is not only the construction crew, but also the architect and interior designer?

Our in-house marketing team is looking for a creative Website Coordinator to maintain our website and contribute to our digital marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating a website that is user-friendly, attractive and secure. In this role, you should be creative, detailed-oriented and an excellent communicator. Balancing an eye for design with an analytical mind is essential. 

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for maintaining GG+A’s website.
  • Ensure the functionality and efficiency of the website infrastructure.
  • Generate and revise web pages.Lay out content on web pages. Edit images and graphics for the website.
  • Regulate and manage access rights of different users on website.
  • Test website across browsers, operating systems and devices.
  • Ensure the web server is operating correctly.
  • Ensure site security by setting up firewalls and login pages.
  • Troubleshoot pages, optimize loading speeds, and fix broken links or images.
  • Update website content and review SEO.
  • Monitor and analyze site performance (e.g., traffic, conversions).
  • Monitor software licenses to ensure compliance.
  • Address user inquiries.
  • Coordinate with Marketing Team to make eBlasts responsive and eye-catching.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Webmaster, Web Developer, or Digital Marketer
  • Knowledge of web analytics and SEO
  • Familiarity with web standards and responsive design
  • Working knowledge of website management tools (such as WordPress)
  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, XML and Photoshop; Knowledge of SQL and Javascript is a plus; marketing automation tools (such as HubSpot) a plus.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities
  • Excellent communication, writing, proofreading and teamwork skills
  • Ability to generate creative ideas
  • Attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills
  • BS/BA required. (Degree in Web Development/Design, Digital Communication, Computer Science or a related field is preferred.)
  • 2-4 years of experience in professional atmosphere required.
