The CRM Analyst will successfully support all CRM activities related to business development, marketing, and sales. These duties will require working with all groups that support the overall sales process which include consulting staff, marketing, business development, and finance. This role will assist with the planning and execution of essential tasks such as data capture, target account research, reporting, lead management, event support, and business development campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be highly motivated to multitask, have strong communication skills, and advanced business knowledge especially related to integrated CRM systems. The candidate will be expected to be self-motivated and highly driven to support a fast-moving business.
