CRM Analyst

The CRM Analyst will successfully support all CRM activities related to business development, marketing, and sales. These duties will require working with all groups that support the overall sales process which include consulting staff, marketing, business development, and finance. This role will assist with the planning and execution of essential tasks such as data capture, target account research, reporting, lead management, event support, and business development campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be highly motivated to multitask, have strong communication skills, and advanced business knowledge especially related to integrated CRM systems. The candidate will be expected to be self-motivated and highly driven to support a fast-moving business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Define business requirements and ensure CRM application aligns with business needs
  • Manage sales leads in CRM and develop requisite documentation.
  • Facilitate business development efforts by structuring marketing campaigns, creating targeted contact lists from CRM, and syncing contact lists in CRM and marketing automation tool.
  • Support business events and conferences by capturing and tracking participant details in CRM.
  • Coordinate data for pipeline meetings and regular sales enablement sessions.
  • Administer CRM licenses; understand overall database relationships and structures; work with third-party developers to manage changes, as needed.
  • Generate tracking reports and analytics.
  • Create and execute audits to insure CRM data is clean and accurate; have a passion for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Conduct CRM training for staff and consultants.
  • Must be very detail oriented with particular efficiency for customized presentations.
  • Flexible to manage multiple projects and willing to take initiative to ‘jump in’ and complete objectives in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and required.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in a sales and/or marketing operations role.
  • Experience with Marketo/Eloqua, Hubspot, or other marketing automation software required.
  • Highly task motivated with particular attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to work alone, yet energetic in team situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to stay focused and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
