POSITION SUMMARY:

The CRM Administrator will successfully support all CRM activities related to business development, marketing, and sales. These duties will require working with all groups that support the overall sales process which include consulting staff, marketing, business development, and finance. This role will assist with the planning and execution of essential tasks such as data capture, target account research, reporting, lead management, event support, and business development campaigns. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be highly motivated to multitask, have strong communication skills, and advanced business knowledge especially related to integrated CRM systems. The candidate will be expected to be self-motivated and highly driven to support a fast-moving business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead Management--assist with the documentation, tracking and administration of leads.
  • Business Development assistance with campaign structure, setup, list creation and delivery.
  • Event and conference support.
  • Coordinate data for pipeline meetings and regular sales enablement sessions.
  • Administration of the CRM application.
  • Generate tracking reports and analytics.
  • Administration and management of the CRM database.
  • Create and execute audits to insure CRM data is clean and accurate.
  • Conduct CRM training for staff and consultants.
  • Must be very detail oriented with particular efficiency for customized presentations.
  • Flexible to manage multiple projects and willing to take initiative to ‘jump in’ and complete objectives in a timely manner.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce.com required.
  • 3-5 years of experience preferred in a sales and/or marketing operations role.
  • Experience with Marketo/Eloqua, Hubspot, or other marketing automation software required.
  • Highly task motivated with particular attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated to work alone, yet energetic in team situations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
  • Ability to stay focused and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
