Summary

The Senior Director, Sales oversees the development and implementation of sales and marketing initiatives for GG+A’s proprietary wealth screening technology, DonorScape. The Senior Director of Sales is responsible for leading growth and expansion of the DonorScape software as a service (SaaS) through creating and refining business development strategies and leading a sales team. This includes personally managing new prospects and key stakeholders to drive market penetration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong desire to interact with non-profit clients, marketing and selling a product that helps them achieve their philanthropic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create innovative lead generation strategy that drives significant growth
  • Maximize inbound lead followup and closure rates
  • Design and implement marketing strategies to create brand awareness
  • Train, manage and grow a sales team in effective relationship sales techniques
  • Create and manage sales targets and KPIs
  • Generate customerdriven insight gathering mechanism to inform business investment
  • Manage the execution of client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Ensure CRM usage allows for tracking and metricsbased performance management

Core Competencies:

  • Proven business development experience driving growth and market exposure, ideally with SaaS platforms
  • Experience building successful marketing programs
  • Entrepreneurial drive
  • Desire to innovate and improve practices and processes to drive growth
  • Strong interpersonal skills and relationship sales focus
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 5 years' working experience in sales and marketing with proven ability to sell
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to develop compelling content for email, social, and ad campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and datadriven thinking
  • Ability to work independently and drive outcomes
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across an organization- drive innovative solutions through to conclusion
